Patsy is our main front receptionist and front office billing manager for our South Bend facility. Patsy is full of life and can make just about anyone have a great day! Patsy possesses the special talent to make billing and insurance issues interesting and understandable, helping our patients have a smoother financial transition to their dental care. Patsy helps to negotiate insurance coverages on behalf of patients and loves to see a patient get a “fair-rate” of that coverage. Patsy gives her personal best every day, all day. Patsy has a son and has been married to her loving husband for over 30 years. She has 2 dogs in which she loves to take for walks on her spare time.
Carrie has been a dental assistant at our facility since 2003. Carrie has been cross trained between our two endodontists over the years and has learned numerous endo file systems. Carries committed to give each patient the care they deserve from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they depart our office. Carrie is also just as dedicated to her husband of 10 years and their 2 beautiful daughters.
Kylie is our newest employee at Endodontic Services, Inc. and serves as a dental assistant. She was recently granted permanent placement on staff at Endodontic Services, Inc! Kylie is following in the footsteps of a family member and looking to seek a career in the dental field. Kylie loves to help others and has a compassionate nature. She will make sure you are comfortable throughout your root canal process. We look forward to working with her and teaching her our standards of care!
Nancy is a treatment coordinator for Dr. Feltman. She will also help schedule appointments and help check in patients during dental visits, mainly in our South Bend facility. She is able to help general dentists get their case reports for root canal therapy and will always go the extra mile to help our general dentists if they have special requests. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, husband, and grandchildren.
Lindsey is our Office Manager and Hipaa Compliance Officer at Endodontic Services, Inc. She makes sure that our offices, both South Bend and Elkhart run smoothly day to day and oversees the business operations. Whether she is performing quality assurance, public relations, ordering dental supplies, or delegating responsibilities to ensure continuation of care, she will act as a liaison to both our doctors and staff members. Lindsey enjoys working with our referring general dental offices and staff to help the community and serve patients that are in need of root canal therapy. It brings her great joy at the end of the day to go home to her two boys, knowing she full-filled her day by day helping others.
Patti has been a dedicated employee at Endodontic Services, Inc. for 47 years! She is highly trained in the field known as endodontics and started when she was only 18 years old. Her exceptional skill set will help you to have a positive dental experience, whether this is your first root canal or a return visit to our office. Patti has been married to her loving husband of 44 years. She enjoys the outdoors and her annual vacation with her family and friends in Northern, MI.
Terri has been a dental assistant at Endodontic Services, Inc. since 1976! She has worked to strive in the improvement of endodontic procedures to enhance patient experiences over the era’s for patient and create successful outcomes. With her years of experience, Terri has a lot of knowledge based around the equipment necessary during root canal treatments. Terri will always try her best to make you comfortable while in her dental chair and answer questions you may have during and after treatment. She enjoys her weekends spending time with family and loves her adorable kittens!
Bridget is another long time, experienced dental assistant of over 35 years! Bridget treats every patient with TLC and you will find her listening and caring for each patient concern. Her love for dental assisting started early in life, for she began her career at the age of 23. Ever since patient care and seeing that others are out of pain has been her #1 priority, she truly enjoys her job at Endodontic Services, Inc. After hours, she spends her time with 2 daughters and a puppy named, “Achoo”.
Tobie is our main front receptionist at our Elkhart facility. She has a genuine and fun-loving personality and will always try to get you to smile at the start of your dental appointment. The best part of her job is helping others and she is a hard-working individual that has a long-time history of working within dental practices. Before her start at our Endodontic practice, Tobie worked for a general dentist for over 20 years. She has a broad-based knowledge of what the restorative work entails after endodontic treatment is completed. This also gave her history of many other talents such as customer service, accounts payable, scheduling appointments, and much more. I enjoy spending my time outside the office with my son and daughter, and 5 grandchildren.
Kristin works chairside specifically for Dr. Scott Risser. She is both efficient and precise in managing patient care for all who come to visit Endodontic Services, Inc. Her skill set provides patients with the assurance that their root canal appointment will be comfortable. Kristin will communicate clearly what to expect before, during, and after your procedure. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.
